Sharing Ignatian Spirituality

The Office of Ignatian Spirituality – a work of the Maryland and USA Northeast Province Jesuits – launched a bold initiative to engage adults in their 20s and 30s. Three programs rooted in the Ignatian principles of spirituality, community, leadership and service are catering to the lives of young adults and partnering with parishes, schools and other Ignatian ministries.

Jesuits living in the new Carroll Street Jesuit Community have partnered with Our Lady of Refuge Parish to host “Sundays at Six,” a young adult Mass and social. The weekly masses offer young professionals the chance to be a part of a vibrant faith community, learn more about Ignatian spirituality and enjoy a quiet prayer space with the Jesuits of Brooklyn.

Jesuits and lay colleagues from the USA Northeast Province have partnered with to provide Ignatian prayers, inspirational messages, and daily reflections based on Gospel readings—all delivered to your mobile phone, desktop, or email inbox. Thousands of friends of the Jesuits already use Jesuit prayer each day to connect with Ignatian spirituality and to submit prayer requests.

Through gifts large and small, our donors make possible the daily miracles of the
Society of Jesus and its ministries throughout the world.
